Monitoring and the property activity log
Installation is the beginning, not the end of the job. After the install we take the property into monitoring: we watch the state of the devices, log events, and let you know when something needs attention.
What's included in monitoring
24/7 event log
Every door opening, camera motion event, and sensor signal — timestamped.
Alert notifications
Push and a message to the duty operator when something is off.
Network health
Online/offline status of cameras, access points, and routers.
Leak and smoke sensors
Early warning for a leak, smoke, or elevated CO levels.
Access for the property manager
Separate permissions for cleaning staff, a management company, or a concierge.
Monthly report
A property summary: events, access, equipment status.
Video archive
Footage stored for a chosen period, exportable on request.
This is what the log looks like from the inside
A real example of one evening's events on a property — not a placeholder, but the actual format the data is recorded in.
Who this matters most for
- The property is in short-term rental and often sits empty between guests
- The owner isn't in Cyprus year-round
- Staff regularly work on-site — cleaning, gardening, management
- A provable access history is needed to meet rental requirements
